Tropenhaus Frutigen
How the fish came to the mountains
In a permanent exhibition of over 500 square meters the Tropenhaus Frutigen presents its evolution, beginning with the tunnelling in the Lötschberg mountain and leading up to its sturgeon breeding and caviar production.
In contrast to the highly diverse and interactive exhibits, the graphics are restrained and functional, effectively unifying the whole exhibition. Thanks to the reduced typographic use, all text hierarchies and ways of orientation are clearly defined. In contrast, like gems, the room titles evoke the beautiful colours of an underwater world.
